Workout...

Workout is the one thing that i can never skip. I used to workout daily. It makes me feel so fresh that i love doing workout. I used to do it since i was 15 years old.

My day starts up at 6.00 in the morning. Then i go to Gym . I feel a deep love when it is about working out.

When i hear people saying that they want to become slim and be in shape..it simply irks me . I mean what actually they want is without moving out a single step, laying down on sofa for the whole day and get in shape instantly. Ridiculous!  If not so, people give excuses that they don't have time for workout as they are busy in their jobs or household works.

People should give time to it even if they are busy for whole day. I mean it's all about understanding the benefits of working out because it directly have a relationship with your own health.

So ask your inner- self  what actually you admire a good health , a perfect body or a dull lazy body ?
 Though it is not an easy effort but i assure you it will not be worthless.
